LEAD GROWER


POSITION SUMMARY


Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Dharma Pharmaceuticals, LLC cultivation facilities in accordance with Commonwealth of Virginia rules and regulations and standards set by Dharma Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Provides support for all cultivation employees, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. Responsible for the documentation, ordering, and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries, and cleanliness. to ensure the production of the highest quality cannabis plant available. This position follows established Company policies and procedures. This position will focus on propagation, transplanting, pruning, irrigation, fertilization, pest management, and disease detection and management during the propagation and vegetation phases of plant growth. This position may also assist with other cultivation areas as well as harvesting. This position is responsible for all integrated pest management activities through all phases of cultivation including propagation, vegetation, and flowering. Disease detection and management as well as pest identification and management are critical responsibilities of this position. The Director maintains a clean and sanitary cultivation center to drive year-round performance and harvests using proper storage for all pest management inputs. Manages and maintains the integrity of cultivation areas with a vision of producing the highest quality product inputs in the country. Overall responsibility for the cultivation of safe, high quality cannabis plants for inputs into Company cannabis-based products.

CORE JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Employee support & Mangament

  • Responsible for managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations.
  • Serves as a role-model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
  • Responds to all cultivation staff and consultants’ questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.
  • Responsible for delegating tasks to cultivation staff and consultants in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.
  • Develop financial and 280E tax strategies.
  • Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of financial management experience.

CULTIVATION TECHNICIAN

CORE JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively manage and operate the seed or clone inventory, propagates seedlings or clones into mother plants, and maintain the mothering plants through watering, fertilizing, leaf pruning, and IPM.
  • Responsible for the turnover of mothering plants including all aspects of seeding, propagation, plant destruction and preparing plants for the vegetative compartment.
  • Effectively manages the crop work – watering, fertilizing, pruning and IPM programs.
  • Manages inventory management system through flowering phase.

HARVESTING

  • Responsible for timely harvesting maximizing output and minimizing waste.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Plant Science or relevant degree or 2+ years’ experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Indoor horticulture operation experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

EXTRACTION TECHNICIAN


POSITION SUMMARY


The Extraction Technician leads the Company’s processing and product manufacturing activities to provide the highest quality medical cannabis products for patients’ needs. This position ensures compliance with all regulations, troubleshoot issues, manages, and maintains the appropriate staff, and manages an efficient extraction program. This position ensures the safest, highest quality cannabis-based products in the market. This position will focus on innovation and efficient production of products with the highest quality and adherence to all quality assurance protocols.

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN


POSITION SUMMARY


The Pharmacy Technician assists the Company’s dispensing activities to provide the highest quality medical cannabis products for patients’ needs. This position ensures compliance with all Virginia Board of Pharmacy regulations, troubleshoot issues, aids in an efficient dispensing operation. This position represents the Dharma Pharmaceuticals, LLC brand to the patients and their caregivers. Delivering premiere customer service and patient education is key to the success of this position..

CORE JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Entry of drug dispensing information and drug history into a data system or other recordkeeping system; including PMP reporting and all inventory and dispensing tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the Virginia regulations and standards set by the Virginia Board of Pharmacy
  • Preparation of labels for dispensing the oils or patient information;
  • Removal of the oil to be dispensed from inventory;
  • Measuring of the oil to be dispensed;
  • Packaging and labeling of the oil to be dispensed and the repackaging thereof;
  • The Stocking or loading of devices used in the dispensing process;
  • Selling of the oil to the registered patient, parent, or legal guardian;
  • Performance of any other task restricted to pharmacy technicians by the board's regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years’ experience as a registered pharmacy technician and current unrestricted license in Virginia.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
